Refund and Cancellation Policy

We aim to offer transparent and fair policies regarding service cancellations and refunds.

3.1. Cancellation

You may cancel a service request only before Payment is Done.
Once the request is in process or submitted to the respective authority, it cannot be cancelled.

3.2. Refunds

Refunds are issued only in case of failed transactions or if the service cannot be processed from our side.
No refund is applicable if incorrect or incomplete information is submitted by the user.

3.3. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.

3.4. Dispute Handling

For refund disputes, please contact our support team with the proof of payment.
